Are my items in stock?
Unlike some other companies, we only list items on our website that we hold in stock.  We do not take orders and then order items in from the supplier, unless a specific product is requested that we dont carry.  

We hold good stocks of all products listed, however, there may be times when we do run out of stock due to unanticipated demand of a product.  In this instance we will endeavour to mark on the website that the product is out of stock as quickly as possible.  Should you happen to order an item that is out of stock before we have updated the website, you will be contacted by phone (or if not available, by email) to advise you that the product is out of stock.  You will be given the opportunity to place the item on back order, take an alternative or cancel the order/item. 

If paying by debit/credit card, your card is not charged until the item is shipped

We will not leave you wondering what is happening with your order as we will always contact you if an item is out of stock

Back Orders
If we are out of stock of an item, we will be quite happy to place the item on 'back order' for you.  The benefit of having an item on 'back order' is that you will be guaranteed to receive your item when the new stock arrives, as all back orders are filled before the product is placed back on general sale

You may cancel a back order at any time up until the point that the item is despatched
