How do I place an order?
Placing an order with us could not be easier, we don't believe in making life difficult. Browse through our website, and add any items that you wish to buy to your shopping cart. Once you have finished selecting your items, proceed through the checkout and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete your order. Should you wish to order by telephone, not a problem. Simply call us on 01670 510996 during opening hours, and one of our knowledgeable and friendly staff will be happy to assist.
Are my items in stock?
Unlike some other companies, we only list items on our website that we hold in stock. We do not take orders and then order items in from the supplier, unless a specific product is requested that we dont carry. We hold good stocks of all products listed, however, there may be times when we do run out of stock due to unanticipated demand of a product. In this instance we will endeavour to mark on the website that the product is out of stock as quickly as possible. Should you happen to order an item that is out of stock before we have updated the website, you will be contacted by phone (or if not available, by email) to advise you that the product is out of stock. You will be given the opportunity to place the item on back order, take an alternative or cancel the order/item. If paying by debit/credit card, your card is not charged until the item is shipped
